Yury Turin is a new Chef of the Savoy Hotel Moscow. He started his professional career as a cook at the hotel Balchug Kempinski Moscow. Took an active part as a sous-chef in opening of the hotel Holiday Inn Lesnaya. Then he was invited as a Chef to the hotel "Angello" in Yekaterinburg. He polished up his skills in different culinary traditions; he is a fantastic master at food carving. Yury's experience in the hospitality industry is over 21 years. His professional scope is quite diverse from Scandinavian to Japanese cuisine. But his main talent is Russian and European cuisines. Yury will continue historical traditions of one of the famous restaurants in Moscow and will create new culinary delights. Soon he will present a new menu of the best traditions of Russian and European cuisines.
