Rules for the provision of services

I. GENERAL PROVISIONS


1.1. These Rules are developed in accordance with the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, the Law of the Russian Federation No. 2300-1 of February 7, 1992 “On the Protection of Consumer Rights”, Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of November 18, 2020 N 1853 “On Approval of the Rules for the Provision of Hotel Services in the Russian Federation" (with amendments and additions)", and regulate relations in the field of providing hotel services at the Savoy Hotel.

1.2. The hotel under the trade name Hotel "Savoy" corresponds to the category "Five Stars", which is confirmed by the Certificate Reg. (valid from 07/22/2022 to 07/22/2025) issued by an accredited organization Premier Deal Limited Liability Company. The Hotel provides hotel services in accordance with these Rules and the established category of the Hotel.

1.3. JSC INFA-HOTEL has exclusive rights to use the duly registered trademark "Savoy" / "SAVOY" on the territory of the Russian Federation. No one has the right to use, without the permission of the right holder, designations similar to his trademark in relation to goods for the individualization of which the trademark is registered, or similar goods, if because of such use there is a possibility of confusion. Violation of the rights of the copyright holder entails liability under the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

1.4. These Rules are brought to the attention of the Consumer by placing them on the premises of the Hotel intended for registration of temporary residence of Consumers (in the information kit at the front office area of the Hotel) and in each Room intended for living (inside the Consumer kit)) and on the official website of the Hotel https://www.savoy.ru


II. BASIC CONCEPTS


2.1. "Hotel" - a property complex (building, part of a building, equipment and other property) intended for the provision of Hotel services and having the name Savoy Hotel, located at the address: Moscow, st. Rozhdestvenka, 3/6, building 1.;

2.2. "Hotel services" - a set of services for providing temporary accommodation at the Hotel, including related services, the list of which is defined by the Contractor and brought to the attention of the Consumer in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation;

2.3. "Additional hotel services" - Hotel services, the cost of which is not included in the cost of living at the Hotel;

2.4. "Room charge (place in a room)" - the cost of temporary accommodation and other related services determined by the Contractor, provided for a single price;

 2.5. "Consumer" - a citizen who intends to order or purchase or ordering, acquiring (either independently or through the Customer) and (or) using Hotel Services solely for personal and other needs not related to business activities;

2.6. "Contractor" - a legal entity registered in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation - INFA-HOTEL JSC (OGRN 1027700050454 / TIN 7702085921) with the location at the address: Moscow, St. Rozhdestvenka, 3/6, building 1. providing the Consumer with Hotel services;

2.7. "Customer" – private individual or legal entity willing to order or purchase or ordering or purchasing hotel services in accordance with hotel service provision agreement in favor of the Consumer;

2.8. "Reservation" – advance booking of Rooms (places in the Rooms) in the Hotel by the Consumer (Customer). The Contractor is obliged to provide the Consumer (Customer) with the available Room of the corresponding category; the Contractor does not provide the opportunity to book a specific Room belonging to this category;

2.9. "Room" - a space unit in a hotel intended for temporary residence and corresponding to the parameters set by the Contractor for each separate category of Rooms;

2.10. "Local time" - time at the location of the Hotel;

2.11. "Checkout time" – due time set by the Contractor for the arrival and departure of the Consumer;

2.12. "Check-in time" - 14:00 o'clock of the current day, Moscow time.

2.13. "Check-out time" - 12:00 o'clock of the current day, Moscow time.

2.14. "Room rate (place in the Room)" - a tariff defined as the cost of temporary accommodation and other related services determined by the Contractor, provided for a single price per day, while for the purposes of these Rules, "a day " means a period of time starting from the Check-in hour of arrival and ending with Check-out time of departure of the day following the day of arrival of the Consumer.


III. INFORMATION ABOUT SERVICES.


3.1. The Contractor provides round-the-clock service to Consumers arriving at the Hotel and departing from the Hotel.

The mode of operation of catering establishments (the restaurant "Savoy", the bar "Hermitage") is established separately for each enterprise and brought to the attention of the Consumer in accordance with the procedure established by the current legislation. In addition, the Consumer at the Reception and Accommodation Service of the Hotel can obtain information about the operating hours of public catering establishments of the Hotel.

3.2. Information about the Contractor and the services provided by him is posted in Russian on the Hotel premises intended for registration of temporary residence of Consumers (in the information kit in the front office area of the Hotel) and in each Room intended for accommodation (in the Consumer's folder).

Information in Russian about the procedure for staying at the Hotel, including these Rules, fire safety rules, as well as the rules for using electrical household appliances is available in each Room intended for living (Consumer's folder).


IV. CATEGORY OF ROOMS IN THE HOTEL.


4.1. The Hotel room capacity is 67 rooms of various categories:

Classic room (26-29 sq.) – 42 rooms

A cozy room with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The room has a queen-size bed with an orthopedic mattress, nonallergic pillows and linen, a trouser press (on request), a TV, a safe, a minibar. The marble bathroom is equipped with a heated marble floor, a heated towel rail, a hair dryer, a magnifying lighted mirror, a bath kit, a white cotton fluffy bathrobe and slippers with the Hotel's monogram. Accommodation on an extra bed in a room of the "classic" category is not possible.

Executive Room (34 sq.) – 14 rooms           

The area of ​​the room is divided into living and sleeping areas. In the living area - a comfortable sofa or two armchairs, a desk, a flat-screen TV, a queen-size bed with an orthopedic mattress, nonallergic pillows and linen, a trouser press (on request), a TV, a safe, a minibar. The marble bathroom is equipped with a heated marble floor, a heated towel rail, a hair dryer, a magnifying lighted mirror, a bath kit, a white cotton fluffy bathrobe and slippers with the Hotel's monogram

Junior Suite (42 sq.) – 6 rooms

Comfortable spacious room, divided into living and sleeping areas. In the living area there is a comfortable sofa and a desk, a flat-screen TV, a queen-size bed with an orthopedic mattress, non-allergic pillows and linen, a trouser press (on request), a safe, a minibar. The marble bathroom is equipped with a heated marble floor, a heated towel rail, a hair dryer, a magnifying lighted mirror, a bath kit, white cotton fluffy bathrobes and slippers with the Hotel's monogram.

Business Suite (58 sqm) - 4 rooms

 A Two-room apartment, consisting of a living room and a bedroom, is ideal for a long stay. The living room furnished with a flat-screen TV, a sofa, a desk can also serve as a study. The room has a queen-size bed with an orthopedic mattress, non-allergic pillows and linen, a trouser press (on request), a safe, a minibar. . The marble bathroom is equipped with a heated marble floor, a heated towel rail, a hair dryer, a magnifying lighted mirror, a bath kit, white cotton fluffy bathrobes and slippers with the Hotel's monogram. There is a separate guest toilet.

Grand Suite Savoy (95 sqm) - 1 room

 A luxurious three-room apartment consists of a dining room, a living room and a bedroom with a separate dressing room. There is also a small kitchen, and a separate guest toilet. In the living room, there is a sofa, coffee table lined with marble. The room is equipped with stylish designer furniture from Italy. The room has a flat-screen TV, a queen-size bed with Egyptian cotton linen, a trouser press, a safe, a minibar. Marble bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower ,a  heated floor, a  heated towel rail, a  hair dryer,  a lighted magnifying mirror, a  bath kit, white cotton fluffy bathrobes and slippers with hotel monogram., We offer a  fruit plate, a bottle of wine and handmade chocolates upon arrival.


V. ROOM RATE


5.1. The Contractor annually approves the Price List for all categories of Rooms (the RACK tariff is the official tariff without taking into account possible discounts for the Consumer). The specified Price List is brought to the attention of the Consumer by placing it on the premises of the Hotel intended for registration of temporary residence of Consumers (in the information kit at the Front Office area ) and in each Room intended for living (in the folder for the Consumer). The Contractor also informs the Consumer of the Open Rate / "Best Available Rate - BAR" (the rate containing a discount from the RACK rate for the current day) by posting information on the official website of the Hotel

5.2. The Contractor is able to introduce open price and tariffs within the approved rate setting policy of the Contractor, as well as a discount system for all services provided by the Contractor, including the Customer Loyalty Program.

5.3. The cost of Hotel services included in the price of the Room and Additional hotel services is set by the Contractor independently.

5.4. The charge of the Room (place in the room) includes the following list of services:

  • Reservation of a room;
  • Drop-off and storage of luggage in the luggage room of the Hotel for the period of stay;
  • Bell service- carrying luggage from the Room to the bus (taxi), according to the preliminary application of the Consumer, from the Hotel Room and to the Hotel Room;
  • Free use of wireless Internet in the Rooms and throughout the Hotel;
  • Buffet breakfast (depending on the tariff, the service may not be included in the price[1])
  • Individual climate control;
  • Guest telephony (IP-telephony) in terms of telephone communication within the Hotel;
  • Satellite television;
  • Laptop-size in-room safe;
  • Trousers press (on request);
  • Bath kit;
  • Shoe shine kit;
  • A sewing kit;
  • Terry  bathrobes and slippers;
  • Lighted make-up mirror and a  hair dryer;
  • Non-allergic pillows;
  • Daily housekeeping;
  • Turn-down service;
  • Emergency call service;
  • First aid kit (located at Front Office area);
  • Newspaper and mail delivery( upon request)
  • Wake up service;
  • Tea station;
  • Provision of 2 bottles of drinking water to the Room daily;
  • Provision of a baby cot for children under 3 years old / extra bed for children under 12 years old (on request).

5.5. The Contractor is not entitled, without the consent of the Consumer, to provide other paid services that are not included in the charge of the Room (places in the Room).

5.6. The consumer has the right to use, in accordance with the established procedure, Additional paid services provided by the Contractor or by an organization engaged by the Contractor. The catalog of Additional Paid Services is specified in the relevant Price Lists placed on the Hotel premises intended for registration of temporary residence of Consumers (in the information kit at the Front Office area) and in each Room intended for accommodation (Consumer's folder). Additional Hotel services are provided by the Contractor only with the consent of the Consumer.

Payments for the paid additional services provided by the Contractor are carried out by the Consumer, both in cash and by bankcards, as provided for in these Rules for paying for Hotel services.


VI. TERMS AND PROCEDURE OF PAYMENT FOR THE SERVICES PROVIDED BY THE CONTRACTOR.


6.1. The Contractor has established a DAILY payment for accommodation in the Room (places in the Room) in accordance with the check-out time established by the Contractor.

6.2. With the consent of the Consumer (Customer), payment of the charge of the Room (place in the room) is made at the conclusion of the Agreement in full (advance payment for charge of the Room (place in the Room) for the entire period of stay in the Hotel). The consent of the Consumer (Customer) is the signing by the Consumer (Customer) of the Agreement (Guest Registration Card).

6.3. The Consumer (Customer) is obliged to pay for Hotel Services and Additional Hotel Services in full.

6.4. In case of late check-in and / or early check-out (stay no more than 24 hours); the fee is charged per day, regardless of the time the Consumer actually stays at the Hotel.

6.5. If there is a preliminary reservation for the current date, the Contractor guarantees to provide the Consumer with a room (a place in the room) after 14:00.

If there are available rooms (places in the rooms), the Contractor can check in the Consumer before the Check-out time.

When accommodating a Consumer who has a reservation for the current date, from 2:00 a.m. to the established Checkout Time, the fee for the Room (place in the Room) is charged in an amount not exceeding the fee for half a day.

6.6. If it is necessary to extend the period of residence, the Consumer is obliged to notify the Contractor about this before 12.00 of the current day, and the Contractor, if there are vacant Rooms, extends the period of residence.

Payment for the extension of the stay is made by the Consumer according to the Open Rate / “Best Available Rate - BAR” in force at the Hotel on the date of departure of the Consumer as follows:

- From 12:00 to 18:00 - 50% of the specified tariff;

- After 18:00 - 100% of the specified tariff.

Payment for the prolongation of stay must be made by the Consumer prior to the Checkout Time of the day on which the Consumer extended the stay.

6.7. Non-extension by the Consumer of the period of residence specified in paragraph 6.6. of these Rules, the term and / or non-payment by the Consumer of the extension of the stay is a delay in the departure of the Consumer from the Hotel, which gives the Contractor the right to demand the instant check-out of the Consumer.

6.8. The Contractor's services must be paid by the Consumer or the Customer as follows:

  • Cash in rubles through cash desk of the Contractor.
  • Bankcard. The Contractor accepts for payment cards of the following payment systems: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, JCB, MIR
  • Bank transferring to the Contractor’s bank account
  • Internet acquiring


VII. RESERVATION TERMS AND PROCEDURE


7.1. Booking of Rooms in the Hotel is carried out by the Contractor upon the availability of vacant rooms by accepting a booking request from the Consumer or the Customer. The Contractor has the right to make a reservation in any form, including by drawing up a document signed by two parties, or by accepting an application for booking rooms (hereinafter referred to as the application) by the Reservation Service / Front Office Service by phone (+7 495 6208555), fax (+ 7 495 620 86 65), as well as via the Internet by e-mail ([email protected]), from the corporate website of the Hotel (www.savoy.ru) or by receiving an application through the Extranet of Customers (booking using the websites of Customers-travel companies, corporate companies, international booking systems, Internet channels, etc.).

7.2. The reservation request can be made in any form, but it is essential to contain the following information necessary for booking a Room (a place in the Room) at the Hotel and verifying the Consumer| Customer as an initiator:

  • type of application (primary booking, alterations, cancellation);
  • phone/fax number of the Customer/Consumer;
  • full name of the Customer / full name of the Consumer;
  • Full name of the client/clients of the Customer (in case of sending an application by the Customer);
  • date of arrival, date of departure;
  • type (category) and number of rooms[2];
  • type of accommodation (double/single/extra bed);
  • conditions and form of payment;
  • information about who is the guarantor of payment for the services of the Hotel (booking guarantor), in the absence of this information, the received application will be considered as an application for a non-guaranteed booking;
  • Full name of the employee who submitted the application (if the application is sent by the Customer).

7.3. The booking is considered valid from the moment the Consumer (Customer) gets a response (hereinafter referred to as booking confirmation). The Hotel sends the Customer/Consumer a booking confirmation within 24 hours from the receiving of the application. The hotel has the right to deny booking of the Hotel rooms to Customer/Consumer if there are no available rooms on the date specified in the application.

The booking confirmation form contains the following mandatory information:

  • Company name of the Contractor;
  • Information about the Customer/Consumer;
  • reservation date;
  • booking confirmation reference number;
  • arrival/departure dates;
  • type (category) of the booked room;
  • type of accommodation (double/single/extra bed)
  • room rate;
  • the established check-in/check-out hours
  • booking status (guaranteed/non-guaranteed booking);
  • cancellation policy terms

7.4. The Contractor has the right to use the following types of booking at the Hotel:

7.4.1. Guaranteed Booking- a type of booking in which the Contractor expects the Consumer to arrive before the Check-in time (12:00 Moscow time) on the day following the day of the scheduled arrival, provided that the Consumer or the Customer, with their consent, makes an advance payment in the amount of at least the Price of the Room (place in number). An advance payment when booking a Room (a place in a Room) is paid by the Consumer or the Customer with their consent no later than 14:00 Moscow time on the day preceding the day of the scheduled arrival. If the Consumer (Customer) does not make an advance payment within the period specified above, the booking is considered non-guaranteed and such booking is subject to the conditions of non-guaranteed booking provided for in clause 7.4.2. of these Rules.

Upon accommodation of the Consumer, the advance payment is counted as payment for the first day of stay in the Room (place in the Room).

In case of untimely cancellation of the reservation, delay or no-show of the Consumer, he or the Customer (from the booking guarantor) will be charged for the actual unoccupied period of the Room (place in the Room), but not more than for a day. Untimely cancellation of a booking is a cancellation received by the Contractor later than 14:00 of the day prior to the date of arrival of the Consumer, unless another period is established by the Agreement with the Consumer or the Customer. If more than a day late, the guaranteed booking will be cancelled. Cancellation of the reservation must be documented (by e-mail, fax), which allows to establish that the сancellation comes from the Consumer or the Customer (from the guarantor of the reservation).

7.4.2. Non-guaranteed booking- a type of booking in which the Hotel awaits the arrival of the  Consumer until a certain hour set by the Contractor (until 14:00 on the day of arrival) on the day of arrival, after which the booking is canceled. In case of non-guaranteed booking, the advance payment by the Consumer or the Customer is not made.

7.5. When booking by the Customer - a legal entity or an individual entrepreneur, the amount and terms of making an advance payment, and other conditions of the reservation are subject to exercising by the Contractor in accordance with the agreement with the Customer and may differ from those specified in these Rules.

7.5. Visa support.

Visa support services are provided by the Contractor based on special applications for visa support, signed by Consumers, which contain all the necessary information for its implementation.


VIII. RULES AND TERMS OF ACCOMMODATION POLICY IN THE HOTEL.


8.1. The Contractor is due to close an Agreement with the Consumer for the provision of hotel services by drawing up a single document signed bilaterally (Guest Registration Card), which must contain:

  • Legal and commercial name of the Contractor, state registration  data;
  • Customer/Consumer’s identification information;
  • Information about the provided room (place in the room);
  • The price of the room (place in the room);
  • Period of stay at the Hotel;
  • Other necessary information

8.2. The contract for the provision of hotel services with the Consumer (Guest Registration Card) is considered concluded from the moment it is signed by both parties. When concluding an agreement, the Consumer is obliged to familiarize himself with these Rules; the appropriate signature of the Consumer is put in the agreement (Guest Registration Card) as the verification.

8.3. The contract is concluded upon submitting a document proving Consumer’s identity, drawn up in an appropriate order, including:

  • Passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation, proving the identity of a citizen of the Russian Federation on the territory of the Russian Federation;
  • Passport of a citizen of the USSR, proving the identity of a citizen of the Russian Federation, until it is replaced within the established period by a passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation;
  • Birth certificates - for a person under the age of 14;
  • Passport proving the identity of a citizen of the Russian Federation outside the Russian Federation - for a person permanently residing outside the Russian Federation;
  • Passport of a foreign citizen or other document established by federal law or recognized in accordance with an international treaty of the Russian Federation as a document proving the identity of a foreign citizen;
  • A document issued by a foreign state and recognized in accordance with an international treaty of the Russian Federation as a document proving the identity of a stateless person;
  • Temporary residence permits for a stateless person;
  • Residence permits of a stateless person.

8.4. Registration of Consumers who are citizens of the Russian Federation at the place of stay in the Hotel is carried out in accordance with the Rules for the registration and deregistration of citizens of the Russian Federation at the place of stay and at the place of residence within the Russian Federation, approved by the Decree (Ed. of 14.09.2022) of the Government of the Russian Federation dated July 17, 1995 No. 713 "On Approval of the Rules for the Registration and Deregistration of Citizens of the Russian Federation at the Place of Stay and at the Place of Residence within the Russian Federation and the List of Officials  Responsible for Accepting and Transferring Documents for Registration to the Registration Authorities and removal from the register of citizens of the Russian Federation at the place of stay and at the place of residence within the Russian Federation.

Registration of minors under the age of 14 at the Hotel is carried out based on documents proving the identity of their parents (adoptive parents, guardians) or close relatives, accompanying person (persons), a document verifying the authority of the accompanying person (persons), as well as the birth certificates of these minors.

The registration of a foreign citizen and stateless person at the place of stay in the Hotel and their deregistration at the place of stay are carried out in accordance with the Rules for the implementation of migration registration of foreign citizens and stateless persons in the Russian Federation, approved by the resolution (Ed. of 05/26/2021) Government of the Russian Federation dated January 15, 2007 No. 9 "On the procedure for the implementation of migration registration of foreign citizens and stateless persons in the Russian Federation".

8.5. Accommodation for Children.

8.5.1. Children under 12 years old stay in the same Room with accompanying adults at no additional charge, while the age of the child must be confirmed by a birth certificate or a corresponding entry in the passport of one of the parents. At the request of the Consumer and at no extra charge, a baby cot (for children under 3 years old) or an extra bed (for children under 12 years old) can be provided for a child. The Contractor has the right to refuse to provide an extra bed if its installation in the Room is not applicable (rooms of the classic category).

Breakfast for children under 6 years old, staying in the same Room with accompanying adults, is provided to children at no additional charge, if the Price of such Room includes the cost of breakfast. Breakfast for children from 6 to 12 years old, staying in the same Room with accompanying adults, is provided to children with a 50% discount.

8.6. Provision of an extra bed in the room.

In cases where an extra bed is provided, a fee will be charged in accordance with the relevant Contractor's Price List, valid at the time of booking confirmation (in case of ordering an extra bed at the time of booking), or at the time of placement (in case of ordering an extra bed at the time of arrival), or at the time of requesting extra bed (in case of ordering an extra bed during the stay). The Contractor has the right to refuse to provide an extra bed if its installation in the Room is not provided.

8.7. Accommodation with Animals in the Hotel room is strictly prohibited.

8.8. Smoking in the Hotel.

In accordance with the requirements of the Federal Law of February 23, 2013 No. No. 15-FZ "On protecting the health of citizens from the effects of second hand tobacco smoking and the consequences of tobacco consumption" throughout the Hotel (including hotel rooms, restaurants, bars, toilets and other public guest areas) SMOKING  IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED! Tobacco smoking on the territory of the Hotel is a gross violation of these Rules by the Consumer. The Contractor has the right to unilaterally refuse to perform the Agreement, while the Consumer reimburses the actually incurred expenses by the Contractor (for cost of additional cleaning of the room according to the Price List established by the Contractor).


IX. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE CONSUMER AND THE CONTRACTOR


9.1. The consumer has the right:

  • Use all Hotel services included in the price of the Room (places in the Room) and related  services provided by the Contractor;
  • Obtain full and accurate information about the services provided by the Contractor and their price, make a preliminary order for services;
  • Contact the staff of the Front Office Department regarding the quality of the provided services, leave comments and suggestions in the Questionnaires, which are placed in the "Consumer" folder, as well as in the "Сomments and Suggestions" book, which is located at the Front Office area.

 

9.2. The Consumer is obliged:

  • Comply with the Procedure of  staying at the Hotel, provided for by these Rules;
  • Respect the rights of other Consumers and visitors of the Hotel;
  • Comply with moral and ethical standards, refrain from excessive consumption of alcoholic beverages and obscene expressions in the public areas of the Hotel;
  • Comply with the rules of using the infrastructure facilities of the Hotel and the regulations for their work;
  • Timely and in full pay bills for the services rendered by the Contractor or services of third parties (in the event that payment for the services of third parties is carried out through the Contractor);
  • Carefully treat the property and equipment of the Hotel. The consumer, in case of loss or damage to the property of the Hotel, in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation,  is due to compensate for the damage of the Hotel in full, according to the relevant Price List approved by the Contractor, or on the basis of the Damage Compensation Certificate drawn up by the Contractor;
  • Observe the rules of fire safety and the use of electrical appliances in the room;
  • Close water taps, windows, turn off lights and electrical appliances;
  • Hand over the room key to the staff of the Front Office upon check-out;
  • Check out after the paid period of residence;
  • Pay the Contractor the cost of additional cleaning of the room, in case of violation of the rule on the prohibition of smoking tobacco products by the Consumer.

9.3. The Contractor is obliged:

  • Timely, qualitatively and in full to provide Consumers with the services ordered by them;
  • Inform Consumers about the provided services and additional services of the Hotel, the form and procedure for their payment;
  • Ensure full compliance of the  provided services with sanitary and epidemiological norms and rules;
  • Ensure the confidentiality of information about Consumers obtained in the course of the provision of services by the Contractor;
  • Respond in a timely manner to the requests of Consumers, taking measures to eliminate accidents and breakages  in the rooms of the Hotel as soon as possible (if it is impossible to eliminate the accident or failure in the room as soon as possible, the Reception and Accommodation Service offers the Consumer another room, but not lower than the paid category)
  • The Contractor is responsible for the completeness and good maintenance of the equipment in the rooms, as well as for the quality of the preparation of the room for occupancy. Responsible for the safety of the Consumer's things, with the exception of cash, currency values, value documents, other valuables (Article 925 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation).
  • The Contractor informs the Consumer that for the purpose of his safety, video surveillance is carried out on the premises of the Hotel (with the exception of rooms, toilets).

9.4. The contractor has the right:                                                     

  • The Contractor's employees have the right to enter the room for cleaning, changing linen, checking heating, electricity, air conditioning systems or problem-solving as well as in case of violation by the Consumer of these Rules;
  • Upon the expiration of the period of the Consumer's stay in the Hotel and non-payment for the extension of the stay, the Contractor has the right to demand from the Consumer to clear out the hotel room, and in the absence of the Consumer in the room, independently clear the room of the Consumer's belongings. In this case, the Contractor conducts an inventory of the Consumers' things and delivers them to the storage room at the Hotel.
  • Conduct surveys among Consumers about the quality of services provided.
  • In case of gross violation by the Consumer of these Rules, the Contractor has the right to unilaterally refuse to perform the Agreement and demand that the Consumer reimburse the expenses actually incurred by the Contractor. In the event that the Consumer commits illegal actions (including violation of the rules of public order, endangering the life and health of other Consumers or the Contractor's personnel), the Contractor shall immediately call the police and other necessary authorities.

X.  IT IS FORBIDDEN IN THE HOTEL :


10.1. To carry out photo / video filming of public areas of the Hotel and the Contractor's personnel without the permission of the Contractor's management;

10.2. To carry out photo / video filming of visitors to the Hotel without their permission;

10.3. Smoking in the rooms, as well as in other areas of the Hotel;

10.4. Disturb the peace of other Consumers at night;

10.5. Bring and store weapons, explosive and flammable, caustic, poisonous, narcotic substances and other dangerous items. Consumers, who, by the nature of their activities, have the right to carry and store weapons, are obliged, at the request of the Contractor, to provide documents for review.

10.6. Use alcohol or other drinks brought with you, as well as food in the lobby, halls on the floors, cafes, restaurants, and conference rooms.

10.7. Deliberately pollute the territory of the Hotel.

10.8. Throw various objects, cigarette butts, etc. out of windows.

10.9. Use heating devices, with the exception of devices installed in the room.

10.11. Stay on the territory of the Hotel with animals.

10.12. The Contractor reserves the right not to provide services to persons who are in a state of alcoholic, drug intoxication or under the influence of psychotropic drugs.


XI. PROCEDURE FOR RECORDING, KEEPING AND DISPOSAL OF LOST ITEMS.


11.1. Things found after the check-out time by the Contractor's staff in the room to be cleared out and payment for which has ended (at the same time, the Consumer did not notify the Reception and Accommodation Service of the extension of his stay) are recognized as forgotten and placed by the Contractor in the lost things room of the Hotel. Placement of things for storage is carried out by the administration of the Contractor in the presence of representatives of the Contractor in the team of at least 2 (two) people, and is drawn up by the relevant Act on the placement of lost things of the Consumer for storage.

            The Contractor informs the Consumer about the things he has left using the contact information provided by the Consumer to the Contractor.

            The Contractor may, subject to a special request of the Consumer and subject to advance payment of the delivery costs by the Consumer, deliver the lost items to the address specified by the Consumer.

Lost things are stored for 6 months in the room of lost and found things. After 6 months of storage, unclaimed items are subject to disposal on condition of the preparation of the relevant Act.


XII. RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CONTRACTOR AND THE CONSUMER


12.1. For non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment of obligations under the Agreement, the Contractor shall be liable under the legislation of the Russian Federation. The harm caused to the life or health of the Consumer because of the provision of hotel services that do not meet the terms of the Agreement is subject to compensation by the Contractor in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.

12.2. The consumer is responsible and compensates for the damage in case of loss or harm due to his fault of the property of the Hotel in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation and these Rules.



[1]If the Consumer lives in the Hotel at a rate without a buffet breakfast, then he has the right to purchase the buffet breakfast service upon arrival at the Hotel or directly on the day the specified service is provided to him.


[2]When booking, the Consumer selects a room category, and the right to choose a specific room belonging to this category remains with the Contractor (Reception and Accommodation Service) when the Consumer arrives at the Hotel.
