We would like to present the Chef of the Savoy Restaurant - Artem Rakitin.
Artem started his career in 2000. After working in Aerostar Hotel for a year, he moved to the Yar Restaurant. He's been studying Italian, Japanese, French, Russian and Molecular cuisines while working in various restaurants in Moscow. As a result, he had chosen the Russian cuisine and began to study it in more depth.
In 2008-2009 Artem took advanced training courses: mastery of working with meat and poultry, fish and seafood and Mediterranean cuisine.
In 2010 Artem participated in the Russian culinary and service championship, won a silver medal in the category of Russian cuisine.
In 2017 he joined the Russian National Culinary Association.
